Donation Process
Log in to your donor account, go to Appointments, select an approved blood drive event, complete the online pre-screening form, and submit your appointment request. You will be notified once your appointment is reviewed.
Yes. The online pre-screening is only an initial assessment. Final eligibility screening is conducted by authorized PRC staff at the donation venue on the day of your appointment.
Walk-in donations are subject to slot availability at the blood drive event. It is highly recommended to book an appointment through DUGO to guarantee your slot.
You may visit a blood drive event without an appointment, but priority is given to those with confirmed bookings. Walk-ins are accommodated only if slots remain available.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your DUGO digital donor ID if available. Wear comfortable clothing and eat a healthy meal within 4 hours before donating. Drink plenty of water beforehand.
Sleep well the night before, eat a balanced meal within 4 hours before donating, drink at least 8 glasses of water, avoid fatty foods, and bring a valid ID. You should feel well and healthy on the day of donation.
Eligibility
Most healthy adults between 18 and 65 years old who weigh at least 50 kg may donate blood after passing the screening process. This is general guidance only — final eligibility is determined by PRC staff during screening at the venue.

Appointments
You can schedule a donation appointment from your Donor Portal. Log in, open Appointments, choose a blood drive event and time slot, then submit your request. Your appointment will be reviewed by staff.
Yes, you can cancel your appointment through the Donor Portal before the event date. This allows other donors to take your slot.

Visit the DUGO homepage and check the Events section, or log in to your Donor Portal to view upcoming approved blood drive events near you.

Blood Requests
You can submit a blood request using the public Request Blood form on the DUGO homepage. No account is required. Fill in the patient details, hospital information, and upload the official hospital request document. Red Cross staff will review your request.
After submitting your request, Red Cross staff will review it. You will be contacted if an email address was provided. You can also check the status of your request through the system.
Organization Requests
Yes. Partner organizations can register, complete their profile, and submit a blood drive request through the Organization Portal. Admin will review and approve qualifying requests.
Account and Profile
Create a donor account on the DUGO Register page, complete your profile, answer the eligibility questionnaire, then book an available blood drive appointment.
General
Blood inventory levels change frequently and must be verified by authorized staff. Showing stock publicly could lead to misinformation. For blood availability, please submit a blood request or contact PRC Camarines Sur directly.
DUGO (Digital Unified Gateway for Blood Operations) is the Philippine Red Cross Camarines Sur Chapter's digital platform for managing blood donation, appointments, blood requests, and blood drive events.
